We use your information to match you with a vetted local repair professional, send you a confirmation email with your status page link, and improve our matching service. Your contact information is shared with the matched pro so they can reach you about your repair.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information to third-party marketing lists. We do not share your request with multiple pros simultaneously for the same lead.

Data retention

We retain repair request data as long as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.
